As Quality Manager in an Oil and Gas manufacturing company, Michele burnt the candle at both ends being mom to her 3 daughters. She successfully got the company ISO 9002 certified within a year. Now decades after a healing journey, Michele brings Sparkle to the table, along with her systems-process thinking and expertise in meetings online and offline, with her clients and students.
Michele coaches and mentors her clients in her down-to-earth, straight from the hip style, not afraid to challenge the status quo and always looking at things from different perspectives, from the 40,000 foot to ground level. Michele is all about Sparkle, creating, innovating, coaching her clients to be CEO of themselves and their lives.
Michele is also an intuitive abstract artist in her creative time in the wee hours of the morning. One of her paintings "Imaginings to Happi-Nest" 30 x 40" acrylic on canvas, made VASA history. It sold at her very first Solo juried Art Gallery Exhibition ["Step Into Sparkle" in Nov. 2023] for $7000, the highest priced painting ever sold by far, in the history of VASA.
